It was re-released on Windows Update on 13 November 2018. Microsoft fixed the data loss bug and released a bugfixed version for Insiders on 9 October 2018. This update revision was pulled from Windows Update on 6 October 2018. Back up all data before updating or disable the 'Delete user profiles older than a specified number of days on system restart' group policy prior to installation if the updating SKU is Pro. The original release of this update from 2 October 2018 has a bug that deletes every file in the Documents, Music, Pictures, and Videos directories of users' profiles when updating from older versions of Windows 10.
